I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Mr. Gene Dinger of NGeneyes for any corporate training needs you might have. I have had the pleasure of participating in three of Mr. Dinger’s training sessions over the past several months. In all three, I felt like Mr. Dinger was very well prepared and did an excellent job of presenting the material. We all learned so much! He did a wonderful job of involving everyone in the session and was able to present the material, solicit feedback from our team, and engage good discussion among the group while staying on schedule with the course.
I want to make particular mention of the last training session with Mr. Dinger. I requested a special session for my team with custom topics that were not covered by any other training. We also needed a presentation that fit within our timeline for our Engineering Retreat that day. Mr. Dinger Delivered! We had a very informative and productive training session with our team. He was able to train on and cover each topic I requested and do so in a very collaborative and thought-provoking manner. He was able to get the Engineers to come out of their shell and discuss important topics as a group. It was clear not only in this session for my team, but in other sessions I have attended that not only is Mr. Dinger a great speaker and presenter, but that he thoroughly prepares and knows his material. His flexibility and ability to be dynamic and adaptable both in the material and during the presentation itself was much appreciated.
I felt like the training sessions I attended presented by Mr. Dinger were very productive. I was very pleased with the training session he did for my team. I would certainly use Mr. Dinger again for any training needs that I have for my team.
